How To Use

1]Place the power supply charger flat on a stable surface.
2] Flip open the power protection cover on the surface of the hot water bag, exposing the appliance socket.
3] Insert the plug located on the charger head into the appliance socket Insert the power cord into the mains socket and switch on the power supply.
4] The indicator light will now remain ON till the heating is complete.
5] Once the indicator light goes OFF, please switch off the power source While disconnecting the charger, hold the protective cover with one hand and gently pull off the charger head

Ordered this for my mother who has back pain issues. We had a conventional hot water pack, where we needed t heat water and pour in the bag. This product has made it very easy to use. Simply charge and get it heated. Once heated it will last long enough to have a good effect. Good Buy !!

My New Favourite Product !

The media could not be loaded. Â I liked the fact that it is super easy to use. It takes just a few minutes to heat up. It also looks very sophisticated. The cloth material is very soft.I just wished it would be slightly brighter in size or had a bigger size option.Very good value for money.

Quick to heat

Have been using the product for more than a week now. The benefit of this product is that we can heat it on our own at the push of a button and get it ready for use in five minutes. While the claim is that it lasts for 4-6 hours, i could use it for 2 hours with the outer cover. I guess that much time is more than enough for a human body in normal circumstances. Its wire length could have been a bit longer and the outer velvet finish cloth may not last long if used continuously, lets see. For use on some parts of the body, may be a hook/strap on the outer layer could have helped so that one can hold the same with hand
