How To Use  
1] Step 1-To replace or remove the jet tip press the unlock button and then remove the jet tip.
2] Step 2-remove the water tank by rotating the water by rotating the water tank clockwise.
3] Step 3-Change your mode by pressing the mode button and the water pressure intensity by pressing the UP/DOWN buttons.
4] Step 4-position your flosser next to your mouth and long press the power button to start flossing
5] Step 5-after your finish flossing, remove the water tank by twisting in the clockwise direction. Drain out any excess water from the tank.

Bad quality and material

The suction pipe doesn't work and water is not sucked properly due to which the spray stops midway many times. Absolutely unsatisfactory performance. Have to refill and blow air into pipe multiple times for it to work.

Floss Tips Unreliable!!

I fell in love with the flosser when I purchased it. I still am, but the tips broke off very easily. I’ve been searching for replacement tips and cannot find them anywhere!! I see so man mother struggling and I thought it was just me. That is the main flaw of this item. I have braces so good waterpiks are needed.

Tip broke after a few weeks. No replacement tips available

After using this flosser for four months, the jet tip broke and its bottom part got stuck in the flosser. This issue has been reported by several other buyers. Customer service sent me a video of how to take out the stuck piece with by jimmying a scissor into the flosser. However, it ended up damaging the mouth of the flosser.
Also, I am unable to find any replacement tips on their website or Amazon. So this product is now a complete waste of money.
This seems to be a design flaw and will happen with every device sooner or later. So
I would suggest new buyers to stay away from this one and buy some other flosser that is more durable.
