Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on support@caresmith.com

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless:

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be sent within the stipulated time for us to accept the request. Please note that for products like the Foot, Leg & Calf Massager, Foot Massager, and Leg Compression Massager, only replacement is allowed and returns will not be accepted.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at support@caresmith.com or via WhatsApp at +91 81818 30202. Terms & Conditions apply*. (Returns for the Caresmith Revive Foot & Leg Massager and Foot Massager are only valid if the product is defective.)*

Returns & Replacement will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Caresmith will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

INSURANCE

The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Caresmith is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
